About Me:

Lisa is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Dietetic Practice from La Trobe University. Lisa is an empathetic and down to earth dietitian, passionate about working in partnership with her clients to develop practical food and lifestyle habits which suit the individual. She understands the importance of developing achievable goals that embrace personal preference, cultural requirements, work, family and social commitments. Her end goal is to improve quality of life, maintaining long term habits without feeling restricted or pressured by social trends or fad diets. She is determined to find solutions for those who are struggling to find balance in their lives and feel they have no time to focus on healthy eating. Lisa works with people of all ages and stages of life, with some key areas of interest being the prevention and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and the metabolic syndrome, and managing gastrointestinal issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn’s disease and diverticulitis.
