Treatment approach focuses on empowering patients via education/exercise/self-management strategies and where required multi-disciplinary pain rehabilitation. Kane is an APA titled Pain and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist having completed his Physiotherapy degree in 2001 at Charles Sturt University, Albury before studying his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne.
Kane has gained experience working in a range of clinical environments in both the private and public hospital sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist as part of a Multidisciplinary team in the Bendigo Health Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Pain Clinic since 2013.
Kane has a keen interest in the management of persistent complex pain conditions. His approach is patient centred and focuses on empowering the individual to understand and self-manage their pain condition. Kane is part of our expert team formed by General Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Allied health professionals to develop a comprehensive treatment plan.
